My husband and I just got a golden puppy and brought him in for his vaccinations and tests. Although, there was an emergency early that morning that prevented us from being seen promptly, the tech led us into a room where Tucker would be more comfortable. The tech was really nice with him and gentle. We ended up waiting 45 minutes to be seen - it would have been better to have received a call prior to coming to let us know - but understand emergencies happen.
Staff is very nuce and gets you in on time. They are very loving to my pet. I would recommended.
Dr. Petfixer is awesome to deal with. Courteous staff, everyone is knowledgeable and genuinely cares about my pets. Highly recommend to everyone!
Jenna is a great Vet Tech. She is very caring and pleasant to work with. Dr. Monterio is a wonderful Vet. I use her for my rabbit health needs. She really cares about each animal and is always willing to answer all your questions. If you are looking for a Vet that is going to do the best for your pet and is very through she is it. The best part is she doesn't give unnecessary medications or testing.
The vet was also very nice with him and answered all of our first time dog owner questions, no matter how ridiculous! We are boarding our boy for one night this week - I will update my review afterwards. They are a small office and I like that as well. I feel it provides a more personalized visit.
Dr Monteiro and Jenna are always very caring and gentle with our cats. We would recommend this veterinarian to anyone with pets who need quality care and attention.
